After months of searching, I finally found a local truck that checked all the boxes. Back in 2024, I test drove a Tremor and loved the feel but wanted something a bit different. Fast forward to 2025, and I pulled the trigger on a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat with the 502A package, Black Appearance Package, Pro Access tailgate, 7.2kW onboard power (the big battery), and the PowerBoost hybrid powertrain. The only thing I wish it had was the FX4 off-road package, but I can live without it.
Trade-in Day
Bedliner and Tint ($1,020)
First order of business was getting a spray-in bedliner and window tint.
Bed Mat ($50)
Picked up a bed mat to protect the liner and keep things from sliding around.
Rear Tow and Bed Hooks ($80)
Added rear tow hooks and bed tie-down hooks.
Tonneau Cover ($125)
Got a tonneau cover to keep the bed secure and weather-tight.
Floor Liners and Screen Protector ($137)
Finished off the accessories with all-weather floor liners and a screen protector for the infotainment display.
